BossyBoots Design takes an eclectic approach to design and
style. Inspired by the intensity of urban life BossyBoots
Design juxtaposes the traditional with the contemporary in
its creations. One of a kind BossyBoots Design scarves are
unique creations. The designs are influenced by the color,
texture and character of each yarn. The result is an
exclusive hand knit scarf ranging from the dramatic to the
hip.
BossyBoots Design is the creative vehicle of Deirdre Wall.
Originally from Canada and having lived in Ireland home is
now a very urban, car-free existence in a renovated coat
factory, in Hoboken, New Jersey. Deirdre has been knitting
since the age of 5 when her mother and Nana gave her a pair
of pink plastic knitting needles and the first scarves were
born. The clientele (and scarf length) has evolved from
stuffed bears and dolls but the passion for knitting has
only grown.
Fiber arts are the current focus of BossyBoots Design.
